The agreement signed by all WVLLN partners is:
This local agreement recognises that BTEC National Diploma students have developed a range of transferable skills and that a BTEC National Diploma qualification in one of the subjects shown may mean a student is eligible to progress to a range of Higher Education programmes.
The opportunities for progression from the BTEC courses shown will be to the sectors of Business, Creative Industries, Engineering and Health & Social Care
e.g. a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Engineering may be used to gain entry onto a Music Technology degree level course.
